Cameron and the New York Yankee star first hooked up back in July this year but the relationship has been somewhat unsteady and the pair split in October. The Avril song 'What the Hell' was co-written by producer Max Martin, who has collaborated on such hits as Britney Spears' '…Baby One More Time,' Kelly Clarkson's 'Since U Been Gone' and P!nk's 'So What.' The song is one out of four tracks in which Martin and Lavigne worked on together for 'Goodbye Lullaby.' The 38-year-old and her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, 35, were seen shopping together in Las Vegas before the festivities. The actress, who was dressed in jeans, knee-high boots, a tweed jacket and scarf, then headed over to the Aria Hotel and Casino for dinner with baseball star.
